Revelations 23 Press is an independent publisher based in Sheffield, UK, producing high-quality printed art books, magazines and digital media to a discerning audience. 

"Revelations 23 Press" is a trading name of DVA Group Limited, based at Unit 11, Neepsend Triangle Business Centre, 1 Burton Road, Sheffield, S3 8BW, UK.

Payment Methods

When you visit the checkout, you will be presented with several options for completing the payment, including PayPal and most credit and debit cards. All of these methods securely process your transactions with the banking network.

Revelations 23 Press does not store any of your card details used during payment. We respect your privacy and do not authorise any third party to use your details, except for the purpose of processing your order.

Processing Your Order

Providing your ordered goods are in stock, they will be processed and usually dispatched via the Royal Mail or a suitable courier service within 2 working days. For pre-order items, the official release date will be displayed on the product page. We aim to dispatch these items on, or just before this release date.

The exact cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, based on the exact size, weight and final destination of your order. We may also choose to ship larger orders via a courier service, but this will not affect the price you pay at the checkout. 

Average Delivery Times

UK deliveries are generally received by our customers within 3 working days. European orders can take approximately 5-10 days and international orders can take up to 21 days to arrive, depending on local services and customs clearance.

European Union VAT

We are a UK-based business and automatically collect UK VAT (Value Added Tax). All of our products are displayed with UK VAT included. All taxes will be checked and recalculated during the checkout process depending on the final destination of your order.

We are registered to use the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme. This means that we are now responsible for collecting, reporting and paying the VAT due on any order shipped to the EU.

When you place an order, UK VAT will be removed and VAT at your local rate will be applied. This means that everything is paid during our checkout process and you should not have any additional customs charges or handling fees when receiving your goods. 

Returns & Refunds

Should you encounter any problems with your ordered goods, then please get in touch with us first. From there we will advise you of the best course of action.

Returns will be processed upon receipt and if replacement goods are required, then they will be dispatched immediately. Normally, goods will be exchanged for an exact replacement. In the case of discontinued, limited edition or out-of-stock items, a refund may be offered as an alternative.
